Rental property management in the Mid North of South Australia

Julie started as a Property Manager working for Mid North Real Estate in January 2019 and has since studied to become a licensed agent which allowed her to purchase the rent roll from the Agency and operate as Mid North Rentals from May 2020.

A keen home cook and gardener, Julie is no stranger to the Valley, having run a “bed and breakfast” remotely since 2008, which turned into her home in 2014 when the family moved to Clare.

With transferable skills from previous business administration roles, farming and B&B operating, Julie has sound experience managing her properties with good rapport with both landlords and tenants.

Currently the investment properties in her portfolio are located in Riverton, Saddleworth, Mintaro, Auburn, Leasingham, Watervale, Clare, Blyth, Kybunga, Snowtown, Balaklava, Port Wakefield, Mt Bryan, Farrell Flat, Hilltown, Spalding and Kapunda.

Julie’s main aim is to get on with the job quietly and efficiently, focus on providing the best rental experience for the tenant. Previous tenants have said she was a good Property Manager and they would miss her, landlords say they are very happy with how she looks after their investment property.

Julie takes pride in helping her clients achieve the best possible results when managing their investment properties by building a great/trusting relationship with their tenants, staying up-to-date with the latest changes in legislation and regulations, and carrying out thorough scheduled inspections.
